About Us

Dependable, Quality Home Health Service

Restoration Home Care is a licensed, bonded home health care agency that provides medical and therapeutic treatments to homebound patients. Our goal is to provide dependable, high- quality, multidisciplinary services that will help our clients reach the greatest level of potential in their day-to-day self-care activities.

Restoration Home Care is a locally owned home health care agency that specializes in providing care to adult patients who need continued care after hospital discharge, surgery, rehabilitation, or for those seeking on-going daily nursing services.

Nationally Accredited

Restoration Home Care is proud to be accredited by CHAP, (Community Health Accreditation Program) the independent, nonprofit, accrediting body for community-based health care organizations. It is the oldest national community-based accrediting body with more than 8,300 sites currently accredited. CHAP has the regulatory authority to survey agencies providing home health services to determine if they meet the Medicare Conditions of Participation and CMS Quality Standards. CHAP’s purpose is to define and advance the highest quality of community-based care for families in need of reliable and caring home health services.

Dedicated & Reliable Professionals

Each one of our nursing and caregiver staff members are thoroughly screened with criminal reference checks, state mandated certification checks, personality evaluations and licensure reviews before they are hired. In addition, we look for employees who are willing to go the extra mile in making sure each patient’s needs are met. All of our staff are required to remain current in their education and medical skills through continuing education and in-service training in order to continually provide the highest quality, multidisciplinary care.

After meeting with the patient and their family, we carefully select the best caregiver to meet their needs and personality over the course of their treatment and rehabilitation, thereby reducing confusion, and establishing consistency throughout the relationship.
